Evanios Operations is an application to provide enterprise event management on the ServiceNow platform. It allows the consolidation of events from various monitoring tools across the enterprise into our ServiceNow application, where they can be de-duplicated, correlated, and acted upon using our rules engine.
With the latest release of Evanios Operations, Topology based event correlation is now possible. Leverage relationships contained in the ServiceNow CMDB to correlate events and Consolidate tickets.
With Evanios Operations on the ServiceNow platform, you finally are able to pinpoint the exact issue, using a single ticket created with our Enhanced Correlation. This short video describe some of the capabilities.
