Very soon (the next couple of weeks), I'll be serving as the project lead for WSD implementation at United Talent Agency, and I'm interested in connecting with other folks who have experience in that Workspace - kind of a chance to see how your team has implemented the various applications & customizations, and the reception you received from Workplace Service users as they moved/grew accustomed to the platform. Call it an information exchange!
My background - I'm a Support Engineer/Major Incident manager that moonlights as a ServiceNow junior admin (CSA Dec 2024) at my company where my primary focus has been ITSM process improvement. I personally revamped our our entire end-to-end MI/PRB workflow, recruited and trained other techs in SOW, I'm an amateur KB manager, Flow Designer tinkerer, and I'm looking to be a front-liner as UTA adopts more and more applications and moves towards becoming a one-stop unified SNow shop.
