Hello Nebraska SNUG membership!
I'm looking for any others out there who are managing their privacy cases with the ServiceNow Privacy Management module. I'm helping to implement with our Privacy Staff, and I'm looking to see if you have any "things I wish I knew about" or any "gotchas" from implementing the module. I'm perusing the ServiceNow documentation, but we all know real world usage brings a lot more knowledge than just the documentation.
