My name is Kurtis Slater. I'm the ServiceNow platform owner at HDR inc. based out of Omaha, NE. We're looking to mature some of our processes, and I'm curious if any of you would be adventurous enough to share what your ServiceNow application update strategy looks like? We've gotten down a strategy for Major, Minor, and Patch updates, but that focuses on the core platform. We're looking to incorporate best practices for app updates (both 1st and 3rd party) within ServiceNow.
