If you are just starting with ServiceNow and need help on how to gather requirements, we have you covered. The attached document can be used as a template and guideline for collecting requirements. It does not cover all products, but it provides a template that you can build on, modify to your own needs, etc. so you don't have to start from scratch. Please provide comments on any enhancements you would like to see in the document.

This is awesome... thanks!
I do have a question... it appears you are missing review point "2" under Configuration Management (page 8)? Not sure if I missed something when downloading or not.

I would also suggest having a look at the scoping guides on Now Create. They cover the majority of platform capabilities - search in assets for scoping guides e.g. https://learning.servicenow.com/nowcreate?id=nc_asset&asset_id=684d6102c3c271d01ac0f60f050131bb&nc_s.... https://learning.servicenow.com/nowcreate?id=nc_asset&asset_id=48cb64b047163554c00af235126d4314&nc_s...

This requirement doc, is something that I can leverage within the Configuration management space. We have to engage an obtain inputs from several IT partners. This is a great for collecting key information when tailoring the platform.
