cmdb meta in catalogs

We are passing cmdb keyword in Meta in catalog item but on the portal its not returning the catalog item which contains cmdb meta.

can we enable that?

Hi,

1) Make sure that meta keywords are added by comma separated.

2) Catalog item is active

3) Try by adding another keyword for your catalog item and verify the same.

Hello Kunal,

 

There is a limit on the number of returned results. If the number of returned results exceeds that limit then no result will be displayed.

My advice is to remove the common keyword and replace it with something like 'cmdb <keyword>'.

Try adding a suffix/prefix with the most common keyword.
