How to create buttons on form using more options please help me

How to create those button on any form i know using ui action some can create any oob functions are if yes can you please tell me

and how to create in more option like emial,toohle template bar can anyone help me

Hi,

 

You can right click form header look for Configure >> Dictionary & search with type Collection. Open it scroll to the bottom & then add necessary attributes.
