What are some best practices for managing users and roles in ServiceNow?

The best way to manage users and roles in ServiceNow is to create groups, then assign roles and users to those groups.

The best practice according to the ServiceNow fundamental course for beginners:
  • Create the users or the user.
  • Create a group.
  • Placed the users or the user into the group.
  • Assign roles to the group.
