Steps to upgrade the Demo instance

Hello All,

I just wanted to know whether I would be able to upgrade the Jakarta Demo instance to Kingston by my own? If yes, what would be the steps or recommended process for the same?

Hi Hussain,

Please click on this link: https://developer.servicenow.com/app.do#!/instance

If you are already signed in they you would see the following screen below:

Now click on Action and you would find the option to Upgrade it to Kingston directly.

Once the upgrade is complete, you will receive an email confirming it.

To sum it all up, you can do it yourself and you do not need any external intervention.
