Hi all!
I just manually loaded over 350 iPhones and iPads into the asset table and the upload and the transform went beautifully. Only problem is in the Asset Workspace, the devices come up in the pie chart as unknown. I checked each device in there and there is NO Model Category set. The field is greyed out and will not let me change it.
Anyone know how I can assign the Model Category I created (Mobile Devices) to these assets so the chart wedge does not show "Unknown"?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
Unfortunately, I think you'll need to use a script like in this post to change the model category after you've already created those records: https://www.servicenow.com/community/sam-forum/need-help-on-updating-the-model-category-in-asset/m-p...

I used Flow designer, Look Records and Update Record Actions to update the Hardware table. Make sure to set the Flow to run as system.
