Prior to the SNUG, we will be hosting an OPTIONAL Pre-SNUG Lab: Leverage RPA to automate mundane and repetitive tasks beginning at 9:30am EST. This is an intermediate level lab.

In this hands-on training, you will learn how to create an end-to-end process leveraging the latest RPA capabilities of the ServiceNow platform. You will use Flow Designer, RPA Hub, RPA Design Studio, and the RPA Bot Engine to achieve a fully automated data input based on an unstructured Excel file, create entries in ServiceNow tables for an approval process, and forward the data to a third-party ERP system.
