Service Operations Workspace - Change Management

Hello

 

Is anyone using service owner workspace to create and manage changes?  We are exploring the use of SOW vs the Classic UI.  Would like to connect and discuss how you transitioned to SOW or if you are offering both views.

So I just developed this for a customer. From a developer's perspective, to configure this, I basically had to modify a few UI actions to work in Workspace (Conflict calendar, Risk Assessment (if applicable), and Request Approval).  This allows the full change life cycle in Workspace.

Thanks for responding ! Does your client support both SOW for change and classic change management module and if so is this a challenge to maintain both when upgrades and maintenance is needed?
