This is the 3rd first meetup for 2025, LIVE and in-person at the ServiceNow office Sydney on Level 48 (yes it will be nice and new!)!

For June 2025, we will highlight how to get the most out of Service Operations Workspace to “unify experiences for all IT workflows!” With Service Operations Workspace, we will share some of the best practices and implementation considerations, as well as a roadmap.
For June 2025, we will highlight a key in Service Excellence (part 1 of a 3 part series) to applying CSDM version 5 in Practice. We will share some the new bits, best practices and implementation considerations, for getting the most of CSDM version 5.
