Hello Friends,
We have recently acquired a customer that was with another vendor last year. They had signed a 3-year commit from the previous vendor but would like to change their licensing partner to us this year. Is that possible?
The ServiceNow rep states that on a 3-year commit they cannot change licensing partner until after the 3-years are completed.
Anyone that can provide some guidance here?
