Duration Reports

I am trying to determine the duration of Incidents.   There is a KPI report that calls for duration but the averages I am getting don't seem to be correct.   I am not sure what Business Duration means when selected from the aggregation dropt down some options seem to give me unusable information.   Our office is open 8-6pm and I want to make sure that when I run the reports it excludes after hours and holidays.   Any help would be appreciated.

Oscar - Below is a report that we use.   This may not be exactly what you want, but will hopefully help you.   We have a parent schedule setup for our business hours and it has a child schedule which includes our holidays.
