We're putting together the agenda for our upcoming NYC SNUG event
Thursday, June 4 at the SN HY NYC Office
and I'm looking for two customers in the New York area who want to share their ServiceNow story with the community.
You don't need a polished deck or a perfect implementation. Just talk about your real experience, what you built, what worked, what you'd do differently.
If you're interested or know someone who should be on stage, please reach out to me directly or to Anna Kinworthy from the ServiceNow who's helping pull this together.
We'd love to talk.
Thank you,

Hello Mike and Anna,
Are you looking for a technical read out on experience (talking about skills built, apps dev'd, etc.) OR are you looking for a bigger picture experience (discussing transformations, organizational framework, plat architecture, etc.).
I would mind taking the SNUG through National Grid's experience having done 2 major implementations in 2025 (none ITIL) with a third underway...

Hi Omar,
I am long time user and fan for National Grid for natural gas. Would love to hear more about how you are using ServiceNow in a complex utility company.
Can you reach out to discuss.
Could be something like recent feature that you were able to enable
I'm thinking Playbooks, workspace, AI, ESC
or something more foundational - data cmdb focused ownership of layers, apps, services, capabilities, etc.
or something broader org OCM, lessons learned from transformation project
Open to the story you have that you want tell,
Can you reach out directly to discuss? michael.yazinsky@loreal.com
