Must-haves
- Expert knowledge of Service Now Application (at least 2 years)
- Maintain and create service level agreement matrix(SLA)
- Expert knowledge and hands on experience with Service Now Discovery module - comfortable deploying discovery In a multi-datacenter environment
- Support Single-Sign On instances
- Create and use update sets to move customizations between system
- Aptitude to troubleshoot L2/L3 problems as they relate to ServiceNow Application
- Well versed with documenting process and procedures implemented into ServiceNow
- Intermediate skill with JavaScript required for process development and automation; experience with XML
- Ability to generate custom reports, gauges and HomePages as required
- Ability to come up with solutions for improving procedures and workflows
- Search, populate, and customize the knowledge base
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3).
- Understanding of enterprise IT architecture.
- Working knowledge of relational databases.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint Windows Services, Windows AD Security Knowledge
Plusses
- Experience upgrading within ServiceNow applicatio (Aspen to Berlin to Calgary to Dublin)
- Beneficial to have supported Orchestration within ServiceNow.
- Experience architecting and designing ServiceNow Application

Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow System Administrator will hold primary responsibility for helping plan, implement and administer all aspects of the new ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) platform. Our client is in the middle of an upgrade ServiceNow from Calgary to Dublin. They will ensure success by partnering very closely with key stakeholders within and outside of IT, external consultants and peers at other institutions to document business requirements/process and build solutions. They will also work with peer teams in IT Support Services to develop and deliver training & support materials to internal IT and external business users. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with experience planning, implementing and administering all aspects of ServiceNow in an enterprise-class environment. They may also have similar experience with related technology services, and can deliver excellent results with minimal supervision. They will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have a strong attention to detail, and possess superior maturity, professionalism and judgment.
