- Get the Theme Builder from ServiceNow Store :
- Once You have requested, it should be available for you in Plugins and you can install:
- After the successful installation of the Plugin, you can see “Theme Builder” Application Availability under “ALL” :

Hey,
do you know if it is possible/will be possible to create new variant of the theme in Theme Builder instead of having only one option?

Good morning,
I did install Theme Builder but doesn't appear .....
Is there a role I need? I am admin so shouldn't be an issue... but just in case
Thanks for your help

Hi @Juliette_CC and @Maria Parvis - sometime when you install new applications the menu isn't updated until you logout and back in, or do a refresh of the window (I use CTRL + F5).

I was having the same issue. Add in Theme Builder app (plugin) but it not showing under Now Experience app. Refreshing the Browser (ctrl+f5), clearing the cache, log out/log in, even Repair the install (for Theme Builder). The last thing that worked for me was use the PDI in a In Cognito/In Private session. This working was probably in part; delay (getting ServiceNow time to catch up), and getting rid of the cookies (In Cognito).

A trick that worked for me: Elevate your role and on the refresh it will show the Theme Builder.

What worked for me is switching applications in the application picker. I changed from Global to "Portal Next Experience Theme" and after that I was able to search and find "Theme Builder"
