Q. Is there a way to enable Next Experience UI for individual users (for testing) yet? I saw the community post with the complicated method of enabling for groups...that seemed worse than just spinning up a sub-prod though
A. You can turn it on system wide and then control who sees it on a user by user basis with user preferences.
Q. Employee Center vs Service Portal - the recommendation is confusing. I've heard that the catalog items need to remain on the Service Portal and are not available in the Employee Center - is that correct?
A. Employee Center is built on Service Portal Angular technology, and it does support catalog items. What does NOT support catalog items is UI Builder Portal Experiences.
Q. what is an easy way to find all workspaces?

Q. IS there anything already built or planned for Service Owners? Like I own an application and I want to see the infrastructure that supports that app, or I own Windows Servers and I want to see info on Windows servers?
A. Check out Digital Portfolio Management, I think this would be the workspace for your ask, it’s owned by the ITSM team
Q. What are the risks/impacts to enabling or turning on the Software Asset Management Workspace?
A. Please check with your account team to get connected the PMs for SAM workspace, we don’t own that workspace and can’t suggest implementation measures.
Q. If we are using both CSM and ITSM within the same teams should we use both workspaces?
A. Hi, this depends on your process and main endpoints. Your solution consultant can help you decide which workspace you should primarily focus on and any configurations to support the other part of your processes.
Q. We just installed MS Teams chat from tickets for agents to chat with reporter and log the transcript. Could workspaces also integrate with Teams for 1:1 chat?

Q. Do the new workspaces handle the Dark Mode theme better? We have users that need it and are having issues with it in Utah and Agent Workspace.
A. Yes, configurable workspaces in utah should work with the dark theme of polaris better than they did in tokyo. I want to say it’s fully supported now.
Q. Where should I refer demo for configuring action bar, if any that will help me?
A. If you go to the COE (nxtxp.link/coe) we’ve got a few articles around declarative actions which drive the action bar.
