FYI: This article has not been updated or reviewed since the Tokyo release. Use at your discretion, but be advised that names of workspaces may have changed or not all workspaces may be reflected here.
In San Diego, we started to release product workspaces to replace processes on the Classic Environment. Some of the workspaces listed may have a Classic Workspace released prior to a configurable workspace. Review the product documentation on how to migrate from a product's Classic Workspace to a configurable workspace. Workspaces listed in this article may require additional licensing and may be part of a product licensing subscription, check with your account representative for any licensing questions, this article is for informational purposes only. This article will be updated as Workspaces are released, if there is a Workspace that is not captured here, please leave a comment so that it can be added.

CSM Configurable Workspace |
One workspace for any interaction–phone, chat, messaging, web forms, etc. Multiple tabs allows agents to efficiently manage several cases at once. Agents have ongoing visibility into the status of issues assigned to middle and back-office teams for resolution. Landing pages deliver a contextually relevant first page that agents see when opening their workspace to show priority issues. The workspace dynamically displays related contextual information based on the current state. Agents can set compact mode and dark mode to optimize their experience and productivity. Compliance Management Workspace |
Compliance Workspace is a single-pane view for compliance managers and compliance analysts to view the overall compliance posture of the organization, and track time-sensitive issues, high risk exceptions, ongoing policy acknowledgements, and new regulatory changes. The workspace allows compliance managers and analysts to define and manage compliance library and test effectiveness of controls, as well as continuously monitor the control performance through KCIs. Using the central issue management capability, they can also define the remediation plan of action and ensure the control gaps are fixed at the earliest.
