Adding a dashboard to an existing UI Builder page

I have a workspace with many pages and I have managed to create a page within that workspace with a dashboard (using the dashboard template) and then added tabs to that page where I was able to add record lists etc.  However I can't see a way to add a dashboard to a different pre-existing page within that workspace - one that was created from scratch (not using a template) or created from a different template.  

Is this possible?
