AI search in next experience is showing the preview of the record but not clickable

Hi All. AI search was working fine for us but we just upgraded to Zurich. And now for one data source we are seeing the search result displayed upon search but thats just the preview. It cant be clicked. 

We have checked all the configs and all seems correct. Has anybody experienced this and know how to get a clickable link to the record?

For all the other Search sources, we are getting results returned in blue hyperlink and user can navigate to them by just clicking on them, however, here its just without any hyperlink. 

I also checked ACls on the table. I anyway have admin.

Morning! Did you find out anything about this? My issue isn't the same...I'm just posting for solidarity in AI Search shenanigans in Zurich. 🙂

We didn't have AI Search for Next Experience implemented before Zurich, but we had tested it out in subprod. With the Zurich upgrade, it supposedly auto-enabled AI Search for NE....but I can't seem to tell the difference. It also didn't install the plugin that offers the guided setup to check the steps, and all the docs reference using the GS to get to the relevant tables, so I'm feeling lost on this one.

Hey @Kristin J .. yeaah I figured that it was by the virtue of EVAM Card configs. I have setup AI search for NE from scratch in my Org so if you have any questions... I can try to answer those. The Guided setup is  not enough to implement AI search. Guided setup is helpful, though the steps are not in order and there are a few errors/info messages that will show up, and you might feel you are not well informed on how to resolve those. 

One difference you would notice once AI search is enabled for NE is the search bar ( at the top right) will tell you that Next experience is enabled.
