Hello,

I would like to know if we can be able to add/remove fields on Dependency Assessment "Edit" button according to dependency Type.

Currently, i have written UI policy/script but still not working.

If i try to add fields, this field is showing for all dependency on Edit button.

Request team to please help me here.

Thank you.

Hi

“This is called a Declarative UI Action, and it’s already listed on the form. What you need to do is find out the Declarative UX Action. For this, you can go to Preferences and open the Action Configurations (I’m not 100% sure, but that’s the likely path).

HI @Dr Atul G- LNG ,

Yes, you are right but for this Assessment Dependency, there are using Global action so mostly not possible. We created HI case and discussed with ServiceNow people and they also mentioned the same.

So, as now for Workaround, we are adding relevant fields according to Dependency on record level like when we open record on "i" icon.

Thank you for valuable feedback 🙂

Please close the thread.
