Breakdown elements in Dashboard Filter shows blank

Support was able to respond, and it is a known problem in Vancouver patch.

We have a PRB for this in Vancouver Patch - PRB1701903 

Clearing the browser cache solved the issue

Would clearing the system cache by appending the URL with /cache.do result in the same workaround, but at a system level?
