Change the theme color of the left side of a Workspace

I need help with workspaces theme color.

I am able to follow the theme builder for Utah/Vancouver version and all color combinations are captured. However, I cannot fine which are this on the workspace I need to change the color (The one with question mark). I tried to check the Polaris theme and tried to copy all RGBs but it didn't changed. Maybe in the Polaris it is overriden by another properties and I need help to check where to find this.
