Change workspace tab label to Opened For name

Currently when our chat agents are working chats on the Interaction tab in HR Agent Workspace for agent chat, the Interaction tab label is "IMSxxxxxx".  This is not a very useful if you have multiple chats/interaction tabs opened and want to differentiate.  We would like the Interaction tab label to be the Opened For's name instead.  Is that possible?  TIA.

Hi @Dennis Ford,

The label on the tab is i believe coming from the display value of interaction table. If you set the display value on Opened For's field dictionary then it will display on the tab as well. Open the form and right click on the Opened For label. Select Configure > Dictionary. Check mark the display checkbox. Confirm that there are not other fields on the table that has Display as checked.

Please note, this is a global change which means if you change the display value then all the reference fields/List fields etc to the interaction table will display Opened For name instead of Interaction number.
