Community Questions: Create an Incident to Service Desk

Hi Team,
I have a requirement where, when a user navigates to ‘Community’ and posts a question in the forum, they are able to create an Incident, Request, or Change from that question to the Service Desk group. Additionally, they can track these items.

They = Stakeholders (internal employee) that is currently using the ESC portal.

NOt 100% sure, but forums are only for discussions by different users. I know in CSM this can be done but not sure about ESC portal. Sorry mate.
