I’m working on a portal app shell experience using UI Builder and the Portal App Shell in ServiceNow Zurich, and I’m trying to customize both the header and footer.
I have configured the header and footer settings, and both sections are occupying space in the portal. However, the company logo is not visible in the header, and the footer text/content is not displaying either.
Please refer to the attached screenshots for a better understanding of the current behavior and the issue I’m facing.
I would appreciate your guidance on the following:
Where can I configure the header to display the company logo, navigation menu, and other header elements?
How can I configure the primary and secondary footers to display custom text, links, and other content?
Are there any additional configuration records, properties, or components required to make the header and footer content visible?
Is this expected behavior in the Zurich release, or could there be a configuration issue?
If anyone has encountered a similar issue or can share the recommended approach and step-by-step instructions for customizing the Portal App Shell in ServiceNow Zurich, I would really appreciate your help.
