Copy Variants from a Service Operations Workspace to another workspace

Hello,

I would like to copy Variants from the Service Operations Workspace to another workspace.
Is there any way to do this?

The name of the Variants I want to copy is "Service desk landing page SNC".

Hi @Saeka ,

Yes that's correct, it can happen in the same workspace but not for other workspace.

I found a workaround to do this. I needed to copy the Knowledge Article Template selector from SOW to another experience. So I opened the variant in SOW but within my required Application scope as below.

Opened these records in Platform view and did Insert and Stay with required changes like pointing the new variant created to correct variant collection, and set the correct App Configuration (of the experience you would like to copy to) and UX App routes etc. Voila, I had a copy of the variant in the other experience.

Hi @Saeka ,

You can try :

Navigate to All > Now Experience Framework > UI Builder.
From the My experiences list, select Service Operations Workspace.
Select Menu > Duplicate variant.
- A copy of the Service Operations Workspace landing page, along with its subpages, is created under the Variants section.
- The copy of the landing page is created in the scope of the current logged-in user.
To edit the page or any of its subpages, customize its components.

However, I believe this method copies them to the same workspace.
Is it possible to copy to a different workspace?
