can we invoke glide modals in declarative actions

How can we invoke or use GlideModals in Declarative Actions as there is no option for scripting in that.

I have declarative action button and I have to change its functionality for that reason I need to use script also if there is any other way to do that then it's also fine.

On clicking the button a Pop up window will appear and I have to show fields there and the user will fill that and update it.
