Created a List in UX Lists but not visible in HR Agent Workspace

I have created a list using Agent Workspace for HR Guided Setup in the UX Lists. The list looks good there. When I go over to HR Agent Workspace, the list is not available. I have a category assigned but still nothing. What is wrong?

Would you please be able to share more information on how set up the associated M2M Applicability record for the list.

I spent the last hour trying to wrap my head around why an agent couldn't see the new list but admin could. The agent could see the cases, just not the list. When I changed an original list's table, it worked. Everything is now visible again, THANK YOU!

Try create a "list applicability" for the new ux list did you have created. See this video: Adding lists and list categories in ServiceNow Service Operations Workspace/ Configurable Workspace ...

Within the UI BUILD you must configure the
configuration
applicability
M2M
If you did this but it only appears to you and not to the end user, it's probably the roles. Then you must go to List Applicabilities and configure all filters and aliases per role.
