Reference variable showing only 25 records in Workspace

Background:

1. Using UI Builder to build a custom workspace.

2. Created a record producer to manage forms in UI Builder.

3. Using Service Catalog component - display form on the WS.

4. In one of the forms are are using a reference field which is reference to CI table. There are a around 300 records that can be displayed depending on other field.

Issue.

Reference field is displayed correctly, but there is only 25 records shown on load, and when user scroll to the bottom of the list it does not load next results. But when user is typing the actual result, it is found and displayed.

Our goal is to have a list that is scrollable and user have to find the right choice.

could you share detailed steps how you included that record producer in workspace so that it can be replicated in PDI?

how are you opening that record producer within workspace?

is that from some button?
