Custom theme unable to override the default Header logo

I have been struggling to replace the ServiceNow logo which is on the left corner on the header with our Company logo in an instance which is in SanDiego patch 4. I am taking the theme based approach rather than using property in the My company page. We are on San Diego Patch 4

In order to override the custom Polaris theme i have done following configurations :

1) Created a new theme.

2) Created a new UX Style

3) Created a new UX Theme Asset to upload the logo image

4) Created new UX Style Asset and referred the newly created UX style (step 2) and UX theme asset (step 3).

5) Created new system property as " glide.ui.polaris.theme.custom" and set the value to sys id of the newly created theme (step 1).

But still the default Polaris theme is not getting overridden.

Has anyone faced the similar issue or has got any suggestion to overcome this?

Vikas

Hiya,

There is no need to do that to change the Logo.

Go to UI16 and should be able to change the logo that way

This is my first time replying to the community.  I spent more time than I should have researching, trying different settings/order, etc for this same scenario before I asked someone else on our team. The fix in our instance was to simply update the images in the System Properties (All - System Properties - My Company).  I updated the banner image at the top and the UI16 banner image at the bottom. It was overriding my UX Style. Hope this helps.
