Hey Team,

How do we disable unified navigation in configurable workspace?

Can you provide a use case on why you would want to not use Unified Navigation? There is currently no way to do this with Next Experience turned on, see this article for more information.

If you have users that need to remain on Core UI and use configurable workspace in a separate browser tab, you can allow those users to remain on the previous user interface, see this article for guidance.

Hey Ashley,

I realized that Agent workspace is not as same as configurable workspace and that is why we are having the navigation bar.

Thanks for your response.

Kannan.

Just started looking into this and the reason that we want to hide most things is because people click on it and see to much stuff and then we get tickets because people don't understand how to get back to there configurable workspace.  Its just easier to eliminate them so there is less stuff for our business users to click on.  They only see the things that they should be using.

I do see that the "sys_polaris_menu_config" table allows the assignment of roles.  It would be nice if you could make them active or not for a particular configurable workspace.

How to disable/hide the Workspace menu from Unified Navigation? As I saw from Unified Navigation Menus, it is not allowing me to mark this as Active = false / to add any specific roles, though I am an admin user.
