Domain Picker is not available on UAT Environment after cloning it from Dev

we have recently cloned our UAT Environment from the Dev Environment, Righ after the Clone the Homepage on the Target Instance and the Domain/ Application picker is not loading.

Hi @Sunny32 

 

  • Can you confirm whether your prod was having domain separation plugin installed.
  • If Yes, Can you repair the plugin in UAT , if it is not working.
  • Clear the instance Cache using cache.do in Navigator and enter
  • Check now

Hi @Sunny32 

It looks like there is an issue with the plugin. As of now, the first option is to try the Domain Separation plugin in the UAT environment and verify whether it resolves the issue. @Savaik, could you please check this?
