Decimal Fields Display with Spaces Instead of Decimal Point in Configurable Workspace

Problem Description:

Decimal fields with a scale attribute are rendering incorrectly in Configurable Workspace forms. 

When a test value is entered in the Classic UI form and the record is saved, the value is calculated and displayed correctly. However, in Workspace, the value is displayed incorrectly even before the record is saved. The decimal point is replaced with spaces.
