Edit button is not visible in the related list in workspace

Hi Team,

 

I have created a Related List in(sys_m2m table) for Contacts and Accounts table.

I have related list in contact form, there it is showing with edit and new UI Actions.

When I am checking same in CSM/FSM workspace for same contacts, in related list it is only showing New Button only. Edit is not showing

How can we achieve this?

 

if not how to add edit or delete option in the workspace view

Hello @Gopal14 

 

Check in the related list component in UI builder if edit action is enabled for it. Because it should be visible. There is no extra configuration of related list in workspace. 

 

It's just that you can choose what related list you want to display but you won't change the configurations. Then it can means that edit action is disabled in UI builder.

SOLVED: Workaround for "Edit ..." buttons on Related Lists of Workspaces 

Also check any OOB Declarative Related List Actions and configure for your case
