Favorite menu app is just blanks / menu is not rendering / page not loading?

Hi,

Has anyone noticed this in your instance? and I know this could be caused by factors such as the netwok, etc. could you please share where to begin with the troubleshooting? I happen to notice this when we started using the next experience ui.

As you mentioned , there may be possibility of slowness in network.

can you try to login with admin user / or any other user and check.

The pinned menu showing blank is apparently patched in Utah patch 7.

We have noticed many similar bugs with Next Experience. I'm currently looking through this community for any other customers with similar issues. I'm raising tickets with Now Support.

Hi Tim, I have logged a case with now support and yes they advised that this is fixed in Utah Patch 7.

As we speak, both of our non-prod instances have already been patched and I don't seem to experience the blank page in the pinned menu.

I am waiting for the PROD patch this 21 Oct and see how it goes.

Hi @Mark C_ ,

The issue was noticed since Paris patch 2 and was fixed in Utah patch 7. Your instance upgrade to Utah patch 7 should fix the issue.
