Field decorators for timer field (CSM Workspace)

Hello,

 

I've tried to set up a field decorator for the "Time Worked" Field (Type: Timer). 

The decorator is not visible on the timer field. If another field is selected in the decorator configuration, it appears as expected.

If the field decorator isn’t showing for your "Time Worked" timer field, try these steps:

  1. Compatibility: Ensure decorators can be applied to timer fields.

  2. Field Configuration: Check the dictionary entry for any restrictions.

  3. Form Layout: Ensure the "Time Worked" field is included in the form layout.

  4. UI Policies/Scripts: Look for any UI policies or client scripts affecting visibility.

  5. Clear Cache: Refresh your browser cache or ServiceNow application cache.

  6. Different Views: Test in another view to see if the issue persists.

  7. Check Logs: Look for errors in the browser console or ServiceNow logs.

  8. Version Issues: Confirm no known issues with decorators on timer fields for your ServiceNow version.
