Flow Designer Do the following iteration not working

Hi, so i have this flow designer that will iterate of looking HR profile until the record is created or the variable count is increased to 10. I also set the timer per iteration to every 10 sec the COUNT will increase. I tried to run this and its already 1hr and still in waiting statePlease help!

@chriscarolino Try checking using Lookup Records Step, it has a count property which can be used in the if block.
