I would like to ask if when creating a guided tours in ServiceNow we can use branching?
Simple example I have a Risk assessment and at the homepage I can either:
1. Launch it via "Let´s get started"
2. Reassign it via "Reassign"
3. Review last assessment via "Review last assessment"
Either selection would have different next steps. Can I somehow fit all branches within one guided tour?
Conditionally perhaps?
