Hightlight field or add icon in list view in Next Experience Workspace

Does anyone know how I can highlight a field value in list view in a Next Experience workspace?
I am currently working in the Service Operations Workspace, and I would like to either add an icon, or highlight the Caller field in list view for VIP users. As per screenshot below this looks to be possible as it is done for Major Incident state and Priority.
I have been able to add the below to the form view, but would like something similar in list view:
- Mark as New
- Bookmark
- Subscribe
- Mute
- Subscribe to RSS Feed
- Permalink
- Report Inappropriate Content

Hi Mari,
Everything I'm reading shows that you cannot highlight a reference field in workspace.

Would you be willing to share how you got your VIP field decoration shown on Caller in workspace form view? I have a similar ask and cannot find any information on how to add such.
