How can I right click and Watch a field in Next Experience?

I'm using Next Experience after switching from UI16. But I'm missing the function to watch a filed in a form like I can do in UI16.

How is that done in Next Experience?

See screen shots. This is from a PDI running Vancover release.

Please help.

It's a nonsense that this functionality is still not provided in Next Experience as of Vancouver. Surely this should be a ServiceNow priority?
