How to change Gantt bar colors in UI Builder?/How to target specific CSS classes in UI experiences?

Hello everyone! So I'm trying to change bar colors for starters, but my major issue is that there's no example on how to do this using the Bar style config field in the advanced configuration of the Gantt chart

Alternatively, does anybody know if there is a way to target a specific CSS class in UI builder?
