How to change the background color of the Navigation Bar ?

Hi everyone, 
I wanted to change the color of nav-bar, the one you can see in dark blue color but I am not able to change it....
I don't know the issue into it, because of have tried changing the color with the help of "Basic configuration UI16" but I didn't got any luck in it.
