How to configure Digital Signature Component in UI Builder and save the signature?

Hi,

 

I want to configure the Digital Signature Component in UI Builder so that it will save the signature in the table.  Also, the saved signature needs to be fetched and displayed in the record form.

 

Any help would be highly appreciated!
