Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how I can create a new tab in the SOW? I need to create a new tab where I can add new related lists, similar to what we have in the Related Lists tab.

If your aim is to show related list then do this

-> go to your workspace view of your table

-> configure Related list and add there

-> it will start reflecting in workspace

check this link where I answered something similar

SOW - Adding tab within catalog task form

if you are thinking of a separate tab to show something then

check this video to add new tab - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nJF6zyjL0M0

Also the documentation - https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-it-service-management/page/product/service-operation...

Hi @ftiezzi ,

The workspace displays the fields and opens the record in the "Workspace" view that you have defined on the form.

If you want to add a Related List tabs:

  1. Open the record in the "Workspace" view.

  2. Click Form Header → Configure → Related Lists.

  3. Select the related list you want to display in the workspace.

select view for record
