We are working on implementing the configurable HR Agent Workspace. There is one declarative action called Move Attachments that is shown on the HR case screen and is part of the Employee Document Management (EDM) functionality, which we are using. This declarative action shows a modal where the agent can select one or more attachments to be moved into EDM.
We have a need to customize this declarative action, which would involve adding a few extra fields in the modal and processing them into EDM with the attachment. I have been unable to find the best way to do this without breaking a lot of functionality. What is the suggested way to do this?
