How to edit the UI Builder OOB Component of fonts,colors and functionalties

Try to alter the UI Builder OOB components and add the Custom components. Is there any way please provide the details.

Here is some info. Basically, if you've turned on the next experience ui and have a workspace loading within that ui, all uib pages and components will inherit the styling of the theme applied through their theming hooks.
