How to enable content library menu icon on hardware asset management workspace?

I can see the content library icon in the SAM workspace, but how do you enable on HAM/Asset workspace? I have asset role but cannot see the icon

Thank you for the reply, I have enabled the content setup for both HW and SW, but still facing this issue for HW. Another odd thing I realised, is that when I use chrome, the content service menu is available but on Microsoft edge it is hidden too.

I tried clearing the browsing cache but still facing the same issue. My other colleagues are facing the same as well
